What you pay
£12 to £79 a month depending on plan, plus VAT.
How often
Every month, on the same date. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Minimum you can commit to
One month — £12 on the smallest plan. There is no longer tie-in on any plan.
Free trial
14 days. We do not take card details to start it, so nothing can be charged when it ends. If you do nothing, the account simply stops.
Cancelling
One button in your account settings, at any time, with no call to make and no reason to give. Your site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for.
Reminders
We email you before every renewal — seven days before a monthly one, thirty before an annual one — saying what will be taken and on what date.
Cooling off
Fourteen days from starting a paid plan, in which you can cancel for a full refund. See the cancellation and refund policy.
Price changes
Never mid-term. We give at least thirty days’ notice, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

Add-ons are billed on your next invoice and can be removed at any time. Nothing is ever added to your bill without an email first.

Billing questions

Are these prices with or without VAT?

Without. UK customers pay 20% VAT on top. If you are VAT registered you reclaim it as normal; your invoice shows our VAT number and yours if you give us one. Customers outside the UK are charged according to where they are — the total is always shown before you confirm.

What counts towards my storage?

The original files you upload — photographs on your site and everything in your client galleries. Proofs, thumbnails and the web-sized copies we generate do not count; those are ours to worry about. Page version snapshots do not count either.

What happens if I go over?

Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We email you, and extra storage is billed at £4 per 100 GB per month from the following invoice. If you would rather not pay it, delete something or downgrade — you are never charged for storage you were not warned about.

Can I change plan?

Any time, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the difference pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for.

Is there a contract?

No minimum term on any plan. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually; both cancel in one click from your account settings, and cancelling stops the next payment rather than cutting off the one you have paid for.

Do you charge to get my files out?

No, and we never will. Export is a feature, not a retention lever. See the cancellation policy for exactly how long files are kept after you leave.
