How do I create a project and send an offer?

Under "Projects" press "New project", choose "Send an offer" or "Already agreed", fill in the client, price and how they pay, and create it.

Step by step

  1. Open Projects and press New project.
  2. Choose Send an offer (the client agrees online) or Already agreed.
  3. Fill in the project, the client and their email, what you deliver, the price, delivery time and revision rounds.
  4. Choose how the client pays: 50% deposit and the rest on delivery, in full up front, or on delivery.
  5. Press Create and send offer or Create project.

The client gets a link where they can agree (typing their name to sign), pay any deposit, make a counter-offer or decline. When they agree and any deposit is paid, the project moves to In progress and its gallery is created for you.
