How do I cancel my subscription?

Open "Plan and billing", press "Manage billing" and cancel. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your site stays up until then.

Within 14 days of first subscribing you can have a full refund. On an annual plan, unused whole months are refunded. See the cancellation and refund policy for what happens to your files afterwards.
