How much storage do I get, and what counts?

Portfolio includes 25 GB, Studio 250 GB and Studio Plus 1 TB. Only the files you upload count — not the previews and thumbnails we make.

The trial includes 1 GB and uploads stop there. On a paid plan, going over does not stop uploads or break anything — see pricing for extra storage. Deleting a gallery frees the space its files used.
