How do my clients download their photos?

Once released, clients can download everything, a single folder or just their picks as a Zip, or one original at a time from the viewer.

Large galleries download in parts of up to 400 files or 3 GB each, labelled so nothing is missed. Folder structure is kept inside the Zip.

Downloads need both the gallery released and Allow downloads once released ticked in Settings. The gallery’s Activity card shows how many downloads there have been.
